By registering, depositing, or using any feature of the ff11, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms described in this document. 1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the user and the platform ff11 (hereinafter "ff11", "we", "our platform"). By accessing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service available on ff11 — including Sports Betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and the VIP Program — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of this document, you should not use ff11's services. Continuing to use the platform after changes to the Terms are published constitutes tacit acceptance of the new conditions.
2. Eligibility & Registration
Platform usage requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older — the platform is strictly prohibited for minors
- Be a resident of Brazil or hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal
- Not currently serving an active self-exclusion period on ff11 or any other regulated platform
- Not have a previously closed account due to a violation of these Terms
- Act on your own behalf, never on behalf of third parties
Each user may hold only one active account at ff11. Creating duplicate accounts — even with different details — is prohibited and will result in the immediate blocking of all identified accounts, with no entitlement to any remaining bonus balance. Any deposited real balance will be returned in accordance with the account closure procedures.
During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information: full name, CPF, date of birth, address, and email. ff11 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify any information provided.
3. Identity Verification (KYC)
Ff11 applies identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" – KYC) in line with international best practices and Brazilian financial crime prevention legislation. Full verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.
Documents typically requested include:
- Valid government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport)
- Proof of address issued within the last three months
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used (where applicable)
- Selfie holding your identity document (when requested)
Document review takes up to 48 business hours. Withdrawals are suspended during the verification process. ff11 may request additional documentation at any time, particularly in cases of unusual financial activity.
4. Deposits
Ff11 accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in BRL (R$):

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. ff11 charges no deposit fee — the full deposited amount is credited to your available balance. Deposits made using payment methods not registered under the account holder's name will be declined and returned.
Ff11 does not accept cash deposits, international transfers, cryptocurrencies, or any method not listed above. Deposit attempts via unauthorized methods will be rejected and the amount returned without interest or monetary adjustment.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are made exclusively via Pix to the bank account registered in the name of the ff11 account holder. The primary withdrawal method must match the one used for the deposit whenever technically possible.
Timeframes and limits by level
- Standard and Bronze: processed within 24 hours · weekly limit R$ 5,000.00
- Silver: processed within 12h · weekly limit R$ 15,000.00
- Gold: processed within 4 hours (priority) · weekly limit R$ 50,000.00
- Diamond: processed within 1 hour · no value limit
The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. Bonus balance withdrawals are subject to the rollover conditions specific to each promotion. Real balance withdrawals have no rollover requirement. ff11 charges no fees on real balance withdrawals for verified accounts.
Ff11 may suspend or hold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security verification purposes. If fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, processing may be suspended indefinitely until investigations are complete, with notice sent to the user by email.
6. Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting at ff11 covers football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, and state championships), e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant, Rainbow Six Siege, Free Fire), volleyball, NBB basketball, MMA/UFC, tennis, NBA basketball, and other sports available on the platform.
6.1 Bet acceptance and confirmation
A bet is only valid once a confirmation is displayed in the ff11 interface with an automatically generated reference number. Bets not confirmed due to a technical failure or connection instability are not considered valid. ff11 is not responsible for bets lost due to a connection failure on the user's end.
6.2 Live betting
In live betting, odds are updated in real time as the match unfolds. ff11 may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments — a goal, red card, or penalty — to reassess the odds. Bets placed before the suspension with confirmed odds remain valid.
6.3 Cancellation and settlement
Matches cancelled before they begin are voided and the wagered amount is returned to your balance. Matches that start but are abandoned before completing the standard regulation time are settled according to the specific rules for each sport, as described in the platform's help section. In cases of a technical tie, ff11 applies the rules of the corresponding market as published at the time the bet was placed.
6.4 Multiple bets (accumulator)
Parlay bets combine selections from different events. If one event within a parlay is voided, that selection is removed and the bet continues with the remaining selections. Two or more related selections from the same event cannot be combined in the same parlay.
6.5 Betting limits
Ff11 may set betting limits per event, market, or user. Limits may be adjusted without prior notice to protect odds integrity. VIP Program members may request a limit review from support or their personal manager (Diamond level).
7. Live Casino, Slots and Crash Games
Ff11 offers live casino games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, live poker), slots, and crash games provided by certified suppliers. All games use random number generation (RNG) systems certified by independent auditors.
Casino game results are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of subjective judgment about how a round played out. If a technical failure occurs during a round — server disconnection, provider outage — the round may be voided and the wagered amount refunded in accordance with each provider's policy. ff11 will issue a notice in the event of a systemic technical failure affecting multiple users.
Live blackjack VIP tables, available to Gold and Diamond VIP Program members, have specific betting limits displayed in each table's interface before you sit down.
8. Bonuses & Promotions
Ff11 runs periodic promotions for both new and existing users. Each bonus has its own specific conditions detailed on the promotion page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:
General bonus rules
- Each user is eligible for each promotion only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or withdrawn before the rollover requirement is met
- Bonus balance bets on markets with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward the rollover — check the specific conditions of each promotion
- Ff11 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse, multiple account creation, or manipulation is suspected
- Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically once their validity period ends
The welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. The standard rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 5x the bonus amount in sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50. The rollover must be completed within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
The VIP Program cashback is calculated on net losses from real-balance bets and credited directly as available balance — with no rollover — every Sunday, as described in section 9 of this document.
9. VIP Program
Ff11's VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — and is automatically available to all registered users. Progression is based on points accumulated through bets placed with real balance.
9.1 Points accumulation
- Sports betting: 1 point per R$ 10.00 wagered
- Slots and crash games: 2 points per R$ 10.00 wagered
- Live casino (blackjack, roulette, baccarat): 1.25 points per R$ 10.00 wagered
- Parlay bets: 1.5 points per R$ 10.00 wagered
9.2 Level thresholds
- Bronze: 0 to 4,999 points
- Silver: 5,000 to 19,999 points
- Gold: 20,000 to 99,999 points
- Diamond: 100,000 points or more
9.3 Level Maintenance
VIP level is reviewed quarterly. To maintain your current level, you must accumulate at least 30% of the points required for that level during the review quarter. If you fall short, your level is adjusted by only one tier — never more than one per period. Accumulated VIP points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
9.4 VIP Cashback
Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses (Monday to Sunday) using real balance. Bets placed with bonus balance are not included in the VIP cashback calculation. The amount is credited as available balance every Sunday, with no rollover and no expiration date for use.
10. Prohibited Conduct & Acceptable Use
The ff11 platform is permitted for personal entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
Conduct that results in immediate account closure
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly (bonus abuse)
- Use of automated software (bots) to place bets or exploit promotions
- Coordinated betting across different accounts to guarantee a positive outcome regardless of the result (abusive arbitrage)
- Money laundering or use of the platform for unlawful purposes
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification
- Attempting to hack, compromise, or interfere with the platform's technical operation
- Account use by third parties or sharing access with other individuals
- Betting on events where the user has privileged inside information (match-fixing)
Ff11 monitors betting patterns and financial transactions through automated systems and manual review. Accounts showing atypical behavior consistent with the conduct described above will be preventively blocked for investigation. The user will be notified by email and given a period to provide clarification before a final decision is made.
11. Account Closure
11.1 Account Closure by the User
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting ff11 support via chat or email at contato@ff11.best. Once the request is submitted, your available real balance (excluding unreleased bonus balance) will be returned via Pix to the account holder within 5 business days.
11.2 Closure by ff11
Ff11 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in cases of: violation of these Terms, confirmed fraud, a request from competent authorities, or inactivity exceeding 24 months. In cases of closure due to a violation, the bonus balance is cancelled. Any real deposited balance not used in bets will be returned in accordance with the verification procedures in place.
11.3 Self-Exclusion
Users who identify issues with gambling control can request temporary self-exclusion — for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months — directly in the "My Account" area. During the self-exclusion period, access to the platform is blocked and no marketing communications will be sent. For more information, visit the Responsible Gaming.
12. Limited Liability
Ff11 is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets freely placed by the user. Betting involves risk, and users bear full responsibility for the decisions they make on the platform.
Ff11 does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance whenever possible. In the event of unplanned downtime affecting active bets, ff11 will follow the settlement procedures described in section 6.3.
Ff11 is not liable for indirect losses, non-material damages, or lost profits arising from use of the platform. ff11's maximum liability in any case is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event.
13. Responsible Gambling
Ff11 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all users, accessible under "My Account":
- Configurable weekly deposit limit (minimum R$ 20.00, maximum set by the user)
- Configurable bet limit per session
- Full betting and session history with amounts and timestamps
- Automatic session time alerts (configurable at 30, 60, or 120 minutes)
- Temporary self-exclusion (24h to 6 months) and permanent self-exclusion
- Access to Federal Council of Medicine resources and player support organizations
Use of responsible gambling tools is voluntary for limits and alerts, and permanent for self-exclusion. ff11 does not reactivate permanently self-excluded accounts under any circumstances.

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Ff11 may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the registered address with at least 7 days' notice. Minor changes or text corrections may be published without prior notification.
The current version of these Terms is always the one available on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top. If you do not agree with published changes, you must close your account before the new conditions take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes automatic acceptance.
15. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018). Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

You have the right to: receive clear information about all rules before placing a bet; request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time; use responsible gambling tools without restriction; receive your real balance back when closing your account; and be treated with respect and receive support in Portuguese 24 hours a day. Any clause in this document that conflicts with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code will be interpreted in favor of the consumer.
